McCoy served as the Vice President of Donor Relations at the Damien Center. Prior, he was the Senior Director of Marketing, Development, and Alumni Relations for 11 years with the Indianapolis Children’s Choir. Stephen received his undergraduate degree in music education from Indiana University, Bloomington, a Masters of Public Affairs with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and has completed ongoing education at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. In 2017, CFRE International named Stephen as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
